Jake and I ran out to his Dad's house and to Grandpa and Grandma Eckstine's house today to feed all the animals.


We took Jessica with us to the barn where we introduced her to lambs. She didn't really seem to care. It was a beautiful day.











When we came back to town, Jake and I went out back to do yard work while Jessica took a nap. We got a lot done; we even ran the weed-eater out of string! It was a good day.
We finished off by barbecuing steaks which we served with fresh french fries. I know! We needed a vegetable but I made such a mess across the stove with the fries that there wasn't a clean spot for a pan. Next time. Please be sure to share these with Grandpa as he will love them.

We went to Chris's family's house for Mother's Day. We had a great time!

Jessica and I went out the yard so we could sit in the yard swing. It was wonderful. She loves to swing. I had to share her cuteness!
